    I had no problem when they wouldn't cash a third party check at the drive thru today. I DID have a problem when asking a question and was totally ignored. I asked again...still ignored. So I went inside. They have been cashing third party checks for me on a regular basis. I usually deposit them. Today they refused to even do that. This bank is in an area where there is a different bank on every block. So tomorrow I will be going back there for the last time to close my savings account and moving on to another bank.

    The time for closing says 6pm. I went there yesterday at 545p and the store was closed. I was there earlier that day and the lady with red/pink hair was working. So I called and the lady answered the phone at 550p and I asked did they close early she said no. I said well I just left from in front of the store and its closed...She said well we close at 550p, I said your advertised till 6p. She explained that she turns off the Open sign at 545p everyday and close the store at 550p. I said ma'am the store was closed at 545p. I was there and it was closed before 550p. She tired arguing with me but I explained to her if you turn the open sign off your giving the impression that you are closed. If you say you close at 6p then close at 6p dont say you closing at 550p or 545p. Advertise the correct time...Dont keep closing early because you want to hurry up and leave. Smh

    I am applauded by Wells Fargo. I hate this bank. Wachovia was my bank and those pirates brought them. Now I am subject to tricks and fees and money games because I figured those thieves would honor the agreements they brought. I am shocked that they have done everything to get what little money i have. I AM POOR AND IT IS PAINFULLY OBVIOUS THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE ME POORER! I loathe this discussing group of people.
